Colombiana comes to us from the San Gabriel coffee farm, nestled high in the Colombian Andes, where fertile soils lead to rich, complex, and sophisticated coffee profiles. Here, Carolina Posada, a visionary third-generation coffee grower, nurtures every bean with a dedication to quality and crafting unique, flavorful coffee. Her commitment to supporting emerging female voices in the industry, representing young female producers, and inspiring young farmers to bring new ideas to the coffee industry is why we teamed up with her.
